There are Tudor Revival and neo-Georgian houses on curving streets, substantial pre-war apartment buildings and co-ops around Lefferts Boulevard and Austin Street, and a scattering of larger detached homes toward Maple Grove Cemetery. The mix means we quote carefully: a Tudor house with original leaded windows and oak detail is a different job from a two-bedroom in a 1930s elevator building, and both are different again from one of the newer co-op conversions. Many of the buildings here have boards requiring certificates of insurance, which we issue as a matter of course. Kew Gardens is a few minutes east of our Queens Boulevard office, and a large share of our work here is long-running recurring plans with the same cleaner.
