Central Queens Service Areas
From our office at 117-16 Queens Boulevard we serve seven neighborhoods across central and southern Queens — large pre-war and post-war co-op buildings, two of the earliest planned garden suburbs in America, and streets of Victorian frame houses from the 1870s. Each needs a different approach; all pay the same flat rate.
